Basic Expo Stand

This type of stand is intended for small companies that have their headquarters in Romania. Due to its price and the services offered by the organizer during the funeral exhibition, this stand is designed to provide a facility for small businesses that want to promote their products and services and have a complete package of services that fit into a reasonable budget.

Basic Expo Stand Features:

Regardless of the type of stand that you choose, we assure you that the stand modules presented are designed to offer flexibility and cost-effectiveness in order to participate in the exhibition. Any company that opts for a stand is free to customize its presentation stand with attractive graphics or information about the company that will attract the curiosity and interest of visitors to the stand during the exhibition.

Distribution of leaflets and promotional materials is free of charge in the space rented by the exhibitor or organizer. Distribution of promotional materials outside the stand is allowed only with the prior approval of the exhibition organizer.

It is forbidden to display or distribute advertising materials in the exhibition that could offend other participants who are present at the exhibition.

Advertising in optical, mobile, acoustic media (maximum sound level is 70Db) is allowed only if it does not disturb the surrounding participants and does not cover the sound in the pavilions (radio ads, etc.). In case of violation of these rules, the organizer of the funeral exhibition reserves the right to intervene and stop the transmission of the advertising message.

Confort Expo Stand

The Comfort expo stand is designed to be proposed to companies that need enough space both to present the products and services offered and also to keep under control the costs required to participate in the fair. The stand can have a rectangular shape with one free side or you can opt for two free sides.

Opting for a Comfort stand with two free sides will avoid congestion and will allow visitors to have contact with the products and services offered without any impediment.
